At Zen, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.

Return Conditions

1. The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

2. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Returns are accepted only within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Exceptions

Used products, including used Zen vape devices, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
