Look and feel: the closest thing to a cigarette
This is the reason Zen Stick exists. At 112 mm by 9.1 mm, it sits in the hand and between the lips almost exactly like a regular cigarette. There is no button to press and nothing to set up: you take it out of the pack and draw. For smokers who miss the hand-to-mouth habit more than anything else, the size makes a real difference compared with bulkier disposables.
The draw
Zen Stick uses a tight, mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, the same style of inhale as a cigarette. You pull the vapour into your mouth first, then inhale. With 2% nicotine, the throat feel is noticeable without being harsh, which is what most cigarette smokers look for.

What we would improve
No product suits everyone, and it is worth knowing the trade-offs before you buy:
- Shorter life than our larger devices. A slim stick holds less liquid and a smaller battery than a full-size disposable. If long life per device matters most to you, Zen Flow (up to 20,000 puffs) will last much longer.
- Not rechargeable. Zen Stick is fully disposable. When it is finished, you open the next one.
- One flavour per pack. If you like switching flavours through the day, you will need more than one pack.
Who should buy Zen Stick?
Zen Stick is the right choice if the shape and feel of a cigarette matter most to you, if you want something slim enough to carry in a shirt pocket, or if you are trying a vape for the first time and want it to feel familiar. Our verdict
